What is IBO Player?

IBO Player is the premium IPTV media player application used exclusively with CLUDIFY. It is available on nearly every platform and operating system. Beyond its polished user interface, IBO Player delivers smooth playback performance, an integrated EPG (Electronic Program Guide), and support for live TV, VOD, and series -- making it the preferred choice for IPTV users across the United States.

Step 1: Download IBO Player

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

1. From your Firestick home screen, go to the Search icon.
2. Type "IBO Player" and select it from the results.
3. Click Download or Get to install the app.
4. Once installed, open IBO Player from your Apps section.

Android (Phone, Tablet, TV Box)

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for "IBO Player".
3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
4. Open the app once installation finishes.

iPhone / iPad / Apple TV

1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.
2. Search for "IBO Player".
3. Tap Get to download and install.
4. Launch the app from your home screen.

Samsung Smart TV

1. Press the Home button on your Samsung remote.
2. Navigate to Apps.
3. Use the search function to find "IBO Player".
4. Select Install and launch the app.

LG Smart TV

1. Press the Home button on your LG remote.
2. Open the LG Content Store.
3. Search for "IBO Player".
4. Click Install and open the app.

Windows / macOS

1. Visit the IBO Player official website or your platform's app store.
2. Download the desktop version of IBO Player.
3. Install and launch the application.

Step 2: Get Your Device ID and Device Key

When you first open IBO Player, the app will display two pieces of information on the main screen:

• Device ID -- a unique identifier for your device
• Device Key -- a security key paired with your device

Write down or take a screenshot of both the Device ID and Device Key. You will need to share these with CLUDIFY to activate your subscription.

Step 3: Activate Your CLUDIFY Subscription

1. Contact CLUDIFY support via WhatsApp or email at [email protected].
2. Provide your Device ID and Device Key.
3. Our team will link your CLUDIFY subscription to your device within minutes.
4. You will receive a confirmation once activation is complete.

Step 4: Start Watching

1. Close IBO Player completely (force close if needed).
2. Reopen IBO Player on your device.
3. Your channel list, EPG guide, VOD library, and series catalog will load automatically.
4. Browse categories, search for specific channels, or explore the movie library.
5. Enjoy your CLUDIFY IPTV subscription!

Troubleshooting Tips

• Channels not loading? Try force-closing and reopening IBO Player. If the issue persists, reboot your device.
• Buffering issues? Ensure your internet speed is at least 15 Mbps for HD content. Try connecting via ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for the most stable connection.
• No audio or video sync issues? Restart the app. If all channels are affected, reboot your device entirely.
• App crashing? Make sure IBO Player is updated to the latest version from your app store.
